## Summary

Winners of the 3M hackathon (Malt, Make, Mistral AI), our students visited Malt and put their project to the test with the marketing, ops, engineering, and data teams to deliver a more precise V2.

---

The winning team of the 3M hackathon (Malt, Make, Mistral AI) had the opportunity to visit Malt’s offices, a leading platform that connects freelancers and businesses in France and across Europe. With more than 450,000 freelancers registered, Malt is a major player in the digital economy and the evolving world of work.

This immersion allowed our students to discover the inner workings of a fast-growing scale-up. Working with Malt’s marketing, operations, engineering, and data teams, the participants refined their initial work and adapted their scenarios to the realities of the company. They enhanced their presentation with new custom slides, delivering a more precise and relevant 2.0 version of their project.

This experience was made possible thanks to the involvement of Sackdiphat Sounthala, Noah Segonds, Yoann Paubert and Nicolas Shahata, who represented Eugenia School with professionalism and curiosity.

Many thanks to the Malt team, particularly to Léo Martin, for the opportunity and the warm welcome. The visit proved to be an enriching experience, bridging theoretical training and practical application.
