Stéphanie Milcent

Stéphanie Milcent graduated from Business School before building a career in international management control and organisational transformation. She later founded her own leadership development company before joining Synergie Family, where she now serves as Co-Chief Executive Officer alongside Frank Tortel. At Synergie Family, she has found what she once thought difficult to reconcile: innovation, ambition, and social impact.

After graduating from Business School, Stéphanie began her career in international consumer goods and consulting environments, working in management control and organizational transformation. Following several years abroad, she returned to France and chose a different path: executive coaching. She went on to create her own leadership development company, supporting executives through periods of growth and transformation. It was during this chapter of her career that she met Laurent Choukroun, one of Synergie Family’s co- founders. At the time, Synergie Family was still a small organization, but it already carried the ambition, energy, and optimism of a much larger one. Stéphanie initially became involved in training educators and supporting the organization’s structuring and development, drawing on her experience in management, organizational design, and coaching. These experiences have been particularly useful in an organization where educators, entrepreneurs, artists, social workers, and innovators work side by side. Today, alongside co-founder Frank Tortel, she serves as Co-Chief Executive Officer of an organization that successfully combines innovation, ambition, and social impact, three dimensions she once believed were difficult to reconcile. Synergie Family has convinced her otherwise.
